You often have a sense of what feels right for you. Not always in a clear or logical way, but something in you knows, and you can feel it.
And then almost immediately, you start to question it. You analyse what you feel, ask others for their opinions, weigh it up from every angle, trying to make sure it makes sense or won’t rock the boat, and eventually what you felt gets overridden.
This shows up in more than just what you say or don’t say. It’s there in the decisions you make, the things you stay in longer than you want to, the way you organise yourself around other people, and the way you talk yourself out of what you know when it would require something to change.
When you try to do something differently, express a boundary, or even just say no politely, your body reacts. Your heart races, your stomach drops, there’s a sense of unease, and you find yourself pulling back or talking yourself out of it, even when part of you knows you don’t want to.
Even when something feels clear, you don’t fully trust yourself to follow it.

Even with those patterns in place, there’s still a part of you that knows what’s true, can feel it.

I know this pattern intimately. I’ve lived it, and I’ve rebuilt a relationship with myself from the ground up. My work helps you understand what’s happening in your body, so you can trust what you feel and live in a way that reflects that.
