Somatic coaching is a body-centred approach to transformation. It’s about tuning into your body to uncover what’s really happening beneath the surface – emotionally, physically and within your nervous system.
In each session, we start with what’s most present for you: perhaps a life situation, physical tension, repetitive thoughts or feelings of anxiety. From there, we move into a body-led exploration to uncover and process what’s being held within you.
This work supports your body to complete old cycles of emotions, stress and adaptive nervous system patterns that are being held in your body. You’ll learn how to resolve the emotional cycle that’s currently keeping you looping back to old habits or stuck in reactivity. As we gently process these layers, you’ll begin to feel a deeper sense of presence, stability and connection to yourself awaken.
