Somatic coaching is a body-centred approach to transformation. It’s about tuning in to your body to uncover what’s really happening beneath the surface – emotionally, physically and within your nervous system.
In a session, we start with what’s most present for you: whether a life situation, physical tension or discomfort, challenging emotion, repetitive thoughts or feeling stuck. From there, we move into a body-led exploration to witness, feel and digest what’s held in your body.
This work supports your body to complete the incomplete cycles of emotion, stress and beliefs that keep you feeling flat, stuck or disconnected from yourself. You’ll learn how to support the nervous system response that keeps you looping in old patterns, self-doubting or stuck in reactivity. As you practice meeting yourself with attunement and acceptance, you’ll feel a deeper sense of presence, stability and connection to yourself awaken.

Somatic coaching is a layered process that builds on itself over time. In a typical session, we’ll explore:
